RETURNS

Items on sale are not refunded or exchanged

You have a delay of 30 days (on the date of receipt of your order) to make an exchange or a return. 

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging. BILLYBELT is not obliged to accept a return for an item that does not comply with these conditions and will not make a refund.

In the event of a return from a country affected by customs duties, the Customer must only mention that it is a return of goods on the customs declaration. Failing this, the customs duties relating to this return will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.

1. Go to your BILLYBELT account and click on "merchandise returns".  Declare the return corresponding to your order. Complete and confirm all the information. Click on"request a return".

2. Send your declaration by e-mail to our customer service at contact@billybelt.com.

3. If you have a few minutes more, please help us to improve your customer return services. To help us, please complete the form by clicking on the "Q" icon.

4. Now, go to the post office of your choice to stamp your parcel and send it to our return address. This shipment is at your expense. We recommend you to choose a safety option.

Upon receipt of your package in our offices, we will refund you directly for your returned order.

1. Go to your BILLYBELT account and click on "merchandise returns".  Declare the return corresponding to your order. Complete and confirm all the information. Click on"request a return" to send your demand to our services.

2. Click on the "R" icon to download the return form. Thanks to this previous step, this document is completing with all the information you valid. We recommend you check them and add if it's necessary other indications. Then, print it and put it on your return shipment.

3. Click on the "E" icon to dowload the return label. Then, print it and stick it on your closed shipment package.

4. If you have a few minutes more, please help us to improve your customer return services. To help us, please complete the form by clicking on the "Q" icon.

5. Now, go to the post office of your choice to stamp your parcel and send it to our return address.

Please note that only refund requests are available in this area. We do not propose exchanges.

Parcel tracking

Once your order is validated and ready for shipment, you will be given a tracking number to track the progress of your order. You can find this number in the section History and details of my orders, by logging into your account on https://billybelt.com.

Parcel not received

BILLYBELT cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of your package. We advise you to privilege the delivery in relay point or delivery colissimo against delivery of signature to secure your delivery.

In case of non-receipt with return to the sender, the costs of the new shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
