*Only in mainland France. For all orders placed before 3 p.m., your packages will be delivered the next day - Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends).

Return policy

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return.

Returns of an order delivered in France are free. For orders delivered abroad, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return from a country subject to customs duties, the customer must state that it is only a return of goods on the customs declaration. Failing this, the customs duties relating to this return will be the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.

All items being returned must be labeled, in their original condition (unworn and unwashed) and in their original packaging. BILLYBELT will not be required to accept a return for an item that does not comply with these conditions and will not issue a refund.

Any return request will automatically result in a refund request. Only the equivalent of the returned items will be refunded, the shipping costs incurred to receive your order will not be refunded. No exchange requests will be considered. If you wish to exchange an item, we invite you to return the product in order to be refunded, and to reorder. Returns of sale or discounted items are refundable up to the 14th day after the date of receipt of your order. After this period, only credits will be offered.

Return costs

To make a return, nothing could be easier:

  1. Go here and enter your order number (#XXXXX) and the postal code used to deliver your order.
  2. Select the item(s) to return, select a reason and confirm your request.
  3. Print the return label sent by email and drop off your package with the carrier (Shop2Shop or UPS depending on your country).
