Delivery period


Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. Packages are shipped Monday through Friday. You will be provided a link to track your package online as you choose a shipment via Colissimo ( French post ) or DHL.

Free delivery from € 35 order (colissimo without signature and Relay pick up) or 3€ for colissimo delivered against signature.

For order under 35€:

6€50 for colissimo without signature and Relay pick up or 8€40 for colissimo delivered against signature.

Outside the European Union, customs fees may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return

Satisfied or money-back policy, if your order does not satisfy you, you have a delay of 14 days to make an exchange or a return. The return period is extended during the holidays, orders placed in December can be returned until January 15th.

All items being returned must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging. BILLYBELT is not obliged to accept a return for an item that does not comply with these conditions and will not make a refund.

If exceptionally, an error has occurred during the preparation of your order by us, the shipping costs to and from the exchange will of course be our responsibility.

Parcel tracking

Once your order is validated and ready for shipment, you will be given a tracking number to track the progress of your order. You can find this number in the section History and details of my orders, by logging into your account on https://billybelt.com.


Parcel not received


BILLYBELT cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of your package. We advise you to privilege the delivery in relay point or delivery colissimo against delivery of signature to secure your delivery.

In case of non-receipt with return to the sender, the costs of the new shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
